Objectives

 

Improved responsiveness of national and local decision-makers and service providers and enhanced access of the most vulnerable to quality socio-economic services in East Jerusalem, Area C, and Gaza

Project Outputs:

Enhanced capacities of service providers to deliver relevant and high quality social/basic and economic services:

1.      Supply, Install, Test and Commission of 80 kWp Off Grid PV System in Qalqilya seam zone (behind separation Wall) for a diesel operated artesian well (Sami Abdullah Well (Well No. 15-17/011), with a capacity of at least 80 kWp.

2.      Supply, Install and Test of Diesel Generator 110 KVA for Sami Abdullah & Co. Well

 

 

 

 

Areas of work

HWE works closely with Newcastle University (UK) and many other international institutions and funding agencies such as UNESCO, ESCWA, CEDARE, UNU, USAID, DFID, AFD, GTZ, GWP, EUWI, JICA, ACSAD, BGR, EU, etc.

Main Goals

HWE offers a wide variety of services in water, sanitation and environmental engineering and science from the needs identification stage to the elaboration of tender documents, supervision of works and technical assistance.
