Professor Mohammed S. Dajani Daoudi is a Jerusalem-born scholar and peace activist who holds two doctorate degrees (1984 - University of Texas, Austin-Texas; (1981 - University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina.). He is Founder and Director, Wasatia - Palestine; Founder and Director, American Studies Institute, Director, Area Studies Centre, Al-Quds University; Co-Chairman, Board of Directors/ IPCRI; Member, Board of Directors, YMCA-West Jerusalem; Member, Regional Board of Directors, Peacexpeace; Founder and Director, Jerusalem Studies and Research Institute; Chairman, Board of Directors, House of Water and Environment.

Eng. El Massri holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birzeit University, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Newcastle University. He offers more than 20 years of experience in water supply and sanitation engineering. He is the Director of Water and Sanitation Department at Nablus Municipality. He is Deputy of the Director of the Management Board of HWE.

Dr. Jayyousi is an Associate Professor in Hydrology at An Najah University. He holds BSc in Civil Engineering from Jordan University, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Jordan University, PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. He offers more than 15 years of experience in water resources planning and management. He is an international consultant on water resources for many international agencies.

Dr. Jayyousi is the Treasurer of the Management Board of HWE.

Eng. Fuad Assi is an Electronic and Electrical Engineer, he graduated from Birzeit University in 1995. He is the head of the Maintenance Department at Safad Engineering and Electronic Company. He is the Secretery of the Board of Management of HWE.

Eng. Nibal Assaly holds BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University. She offers more than 10 years of experience in water and environment. She is data analysis and GIS Specialist at the Red Cross based in Jerusalem. She is a member of the Management Board of HWE.

Dr. Aliewi holds BSc in Civil Engineering from An Najah University, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Newcastle University, PhD in Groundwater Engineering from Newcastle University. He offers more than 20 years of experience in water and environmental resources planning, management and development. He led numerous international projects in water and environment.
Dr. Aliewi is the Director-General of HWE.

Eng. Tahseen is the Projects and Training Director at HWE. Eng. Tahseen holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University, MSc degree in Sanitary Engineering from IHE, the Netherlands. He offers more than 15 years in sanitary and water supply projects with regards to planning, designing and construction management.

Mr. Al Zawati holds a degree in Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and is currently an MBA Candidate (Specializing in Finance and Accounting) at the University of Liverpool. Mr. Al Zawati is the Projects Coordinator at HWE. His job entails projects planning, execution, monitoring and resources skills.

Mrs. Sawsan Qudsi holds a BA degree in English Literature from Al-Quds University. She offers more than 10 years of experience in societal development and office management. She is the office manager of the Director-General of HWE.

Mrs. Samah Al Tawil holds a BA degree in Accounting from Birzeit University, with more than 10 years of experience. Mrs. Al Tawil is the Administrative & Financial Coordinator at HWE. Her job entails operating the financial system and preparing financial reports including internal auditing.

Eng. Jumana holds a BSc degree in Architectural Engineering from Birzeit University. She is about to complete her MSc studies in Urban Planning from Birzeit University. She is the CAD and GIS expert at HWE with more than 7 years of experience in this field.

Mr. Ashraf Nader holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from Al-Quds University. Mr. Nader is the Information Technology and Information System Engineer at HWE. Mr. Nader is the website designer at HWE. He is also responsible for the HWE database.

Eng. Lubna Siam holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Specializing in Water and Environmental Engineering from Birzeit University and is currently an MSc Candidate (Water and Environmental Engineering). Eng. Siam is a Water and Environmental Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Najwan Imseih holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water and Environmental Engineering, as well as a minor degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University and is currently an MSc Candidate (Water and Environmental Engineering). Eng. Imseih is a Water and Environmental Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Shatha Salah holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water and Environmental Engineering from Birzeit University. Eng. Salah is a Water and Environmental Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Fadi Abu Farha is the field hydrologist at HWE. He has hydrological experience in the field of monitoring springs and wells in the West Bank. He is also the site engineer for the construction of pipelines, reservoirs, pumps…etc of water supply projects.
