Professor Mohammed S. Dajani Daoudi is a Jerusalem-born scholar and peace activist who holds two doctorate degrees (1984 - University of Texas, Austin-Texas; (1981 - University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina.). He is Founder and Director, Wasatia - Palestine; Founder and Director, American Studies Institute, Director, Area Studies Centre, Al-Quds University; Co-Chairman, Board of Directors/ IPCRI; Member, Board of Directors, YMCA-West Jerusalem; Member, Regional Board of Directors, Peacexpeace; Founder and Director, Jerusalem Studies and Research Institute; Chairman, Board of Directors, House of Water and Environment.

Eng. El Massri holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birzeit University, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Newcastle University. He offers more than 20 years of experience in water supply and sanitation engineering. He is the Director of Water and Sanitation Department at Nablus Municipality. He is Deputy of the Director of the Management Board of HWE.

Eng. Fuad Assi is an Electronic and Electrical Engineer, he graduated from Birzeit University in 1995. He is the head of the Maintenance Department at Safad Engineering and Electronic Company. He is the Treasurer of the Management Board of HWE.

Dr. Aliewi holds BSc in Civil Engineering from An Najah University, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Newcastle University, PhD in Groundwater Engineering from Newcastle University. He offers more than 20 years of experience in water and environmental resources planning, management and development. He led numerous international projects in water and environment.
Dr. Aliewi is the Director-General of HWE.

Mr. Ashraf Nader holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from Al-Quds University, with more than 8 years of experience. Mr. Nader is the GIS and IT Manager at HWE. He is the website designer, and also responsible for the HWE database.

Mrs. Sawsan Qudsi holds a BA degree in English Literature from Al-Quds University. She offers more than 10 years of experience in societal development and office management. She is a Training and Project Manager at HWE.

Mrs. Samah Al Tawil holds a BA degree in Accounting from Birzeit University, with more than 15 years of experience. Mrs. Al Tawil is the Financial Manager at HWE. Her job entails operating the financial system and preparing financial reports including internal auditing.

Mr. Majdi Ziyadeh holds a BA degree in Geography Science from Birzeit University. Mr. Ziyadeh offers more than 8 years of experience in the water and springs projects. He is a Hydrologist and the Development Projects Manager at HWE.

Eng. Mohammed Najjar holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering as well as minor degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University, with more than 5 years of experience. Eng. Najjar is currently an MSc candidate (Water and Environmental Engineering) from Birzeit University. Eng. Najjar is Research Projects Manager and a key Water and Environmental Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Baraa Jararaa holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering and is currently an MSc Candidate (Water and Environmental Engineering) from An-Najah National University. Eng. Jararaa is a Water and Sanitation Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Lina Lahlabat holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering and is currently an MSc Candidate (Water and Environmental Engineering) from An-Najah National University. Eng. Lahlabat is a Water and Sanitation Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Abdelhamid Al Shami holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University and is currently an MSc Candidate in Water and Environmental Engineering. Eng. Al Shami is a Water and Sanitation Research Associate at HWE.

Eng. Alaa Bader holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University. Eng. Bader has more than 6 years experience in various construction projects, he worked as a project electrical engineer, designer and supervisor. Eng. Bader is an Electrical Engineer at HWE.

Eng. Maher Hamdan holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University with emphasis in Structural Engineering and he also has MSc degree in Water and Environment Engineering from Birzeit University. Eng. Hamdan has a wide experience in the implementation and construction of infrastructure projects. Eng. Hamdan is a Structural Engineer at HWE.

Mr Abdul Mu'ti Al Qadi holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and one year course in Surveying, specializing in Photogrammetry, GIS, GPS and construction surveying with more than 10 years of experience in these fields. Mr Abdul Mu'ti is a CAD and Arial Photography Specialist at HWE.

Mr. Majdi Shaheen holds a MSc degree in Environmental and Earth Science from Al Quds University. Mr. Shaheen is a specialist in Environmental and Earth Science and specialist in (EIA) reports; He is experienced in water and waste water analysis, field visit and site description, and waste water treatment plants evaluation. Mr. Shaheen is an Environmental Impact Assistance Specialist at HWE.

Ms. Majdalani holds an M.Sc in Environmental Assessment and Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK with a background in General Biology from Birzeit University. She has experience in leading environmental impact assessment projects and in advisory services on environmental management and standardization issues particularly in carbon foot printing. Ms. Majdalani occupied technical positions on senior level with several international organizations’ projects in various fields including solid waste management as well as economic and private sector development. Ms. Majdalani is the Environmental Assessment Specialist at HWE.
